Bible Study

Dear Catechists,

Our Parish will soon run a phenomenal Bible Study program called 'A Quick Journey Through the Bible' - Dates TBA. Over 2 whole days, you will get an overview of the whole Bible - Genesis to Revelation!

We know it sounds unbelievable, but all of us in the training team have taken this study. It has changed our lives!

We only ask that you clear your calendars for these days so that you can make this journey with other Catechists in our parish, and then, you have the rest of your lifetime to read through the Bible, but this time, with a road-map that the early Church Fathers used to understand the scriptures.

This course is now mandated for all Catechists of the Vicariate of Southern Arabia to provide them with a basic foundation of the Scriptures.

The Schedule

This Bible Study will take place over 2 full days. A detailed schedule will be made available nearer the time. The general schedule is currently as follows:

Day 1: Sessions 1 to 4 (8:30 AM to 5 PM)

Day 2: Sessions 5 to 8 (8:30 AM to 5 PM)

Making This Study Time Work For You: IMPORTANT

We strongly recommend that if you plan to do this Bible Study, you may want to make suitable arrangements for the care of your children over these 2 days, to avoid missing sessions. The study does not work if you skip sessions, and it is burdensome for our trainers, who are all engaged with the Parish Catechism Program to make time to help you catch-up once you've missed a session.
Therefore, please make appropriate arrangements for the care of your young ones over these 2 days.
